At Stella Maris School we only employ qualified and experienced teachers, each one having spent many years in the classroom. All appointments of staff are carried out in accordance with our Safer Recruitment Policy which can be found in the policies section of this website. We take Safeguarding very seriously at Stella Maris School.
Staff are carefully chosen for their ability to provide children with the good basic core skills that will help them to reach their full potential when they ultimately progress to grammar school. All teaching staff subscribe to our belief in creating a teaching environment that is rich in care, support, opportunity and traditional values.
